Using NowHum

NowHum helps you collect and organize content that you choose to save or send to the service. You must use NowHum lawfully and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Some features are early tests and may change, pause, or stop while we learn what works. We will not knowingly present a test connection as a complete or permanent platform integration.

Connected platforms and content

When you connect a social platform, you authorize NowHum to use only the access you approve for the feature you request. You keep ownership of your content. You give NowHum permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Third-party platforms have their own terms and may change or remove access. NowHum does not control those services and cannot promise that every saved item, message, profile field, or historical record will always be available.

Archive import reads the file you select and extracts only supported saved-item links. NowHum uses AI and service providers to read, sort, answer and research what you save or send, including web pages you send links to, as described in our Privacy page. Platforms and websites can limit what NowHum can read: deleted, private, signed-in-only or regionally restricted content may not be available.

If you connect an AI app to NowHum, it acts with the permissions you gave it, and you can change them or disconnect it at any time. You're responsible for what you ask that AI to do with your NowHum data.

Prohibited use

Do not use NowHum to break the law, violate another service's rules, access another person's account or private content without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or abuse another person.

Content NowHum doesn't allow

NowHum doesn't support illegal, sexually explicit or abusive content. Don't save, send or share it through NowHum. Only clear cases count: photos and videos NowHum clearly flags as this kind of content aren't saved, and each one counts as a strike. The first two times, we warn you. The third time, we block the account and delete it. To report something, email admin@nowhum.com with the subject “Report”.

Availability and termination

We may change, limit, or suspend the service to protect users, comply with law, address platform requirements, or maintain reliability. You may stop using NowHum and request deletion of information under our deletion process.

Disclaimers and responsibility

NowHum is provided on an “as available” basis during this early stage. To the extent allowed by law, NowHum is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by third-party platform changes, outages, or content removal. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
